In the education sector, she counsels professors, researchers and other professionals on obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including EB-1s and O-1s, as well as National Interest Waivers. Anielka has more than 14 years of experience in employment-based and family-based immigration law and has also represented multinational companies in various industries, including telecommunications and construction, as well as smaller businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs.
