Presentation Description: This presentation will delve into the best practices and strategies for higher ed professionals to develop successful green card sponsorship policies for foreign faculty and staff members. Strategic policies that integrate institutional concerns while also the importance of immigration considerations along with ethical issues are critical to setting expectations and streamlining an effective policy with limited risks that balance the interests of both the institution and international employees.
