In today’s competitive labor market, academic institutions often find themselves competing with non-academic employers for top talent. In this session, presenters will delve into the J and H visas as well as the green card process to provide attendees with insights and guidance on key strategies employers in Higher Ed can use to attract, recruit, & retain top global talent.
