Dilhara Barber joined SEVP as a member of the fourth class of field representatives and serves the South Georgia territory. She was previously a DSO and ARO at the University of Georgia. Mrs. Barber received her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and a master’s degree in International Policy from the University of Georgia.
