Yana is a coordinator in International Student and Scholar Services at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She holds bachelor of arts degrees from the University of Kentucky in Psychology minoring in Criminology and in Sociology. She received her Master of Science degree in Social Work and a Master of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee. Yana has been active in the area of international education for a little more than a year. She is currently a NAFSA Academy trainee. Yana's current scope is supporting incoming students and university specific special programs through onboarding, orientation, and immigration advising.
