In today’s diverse work force, it is common to find individuals in a wide range of generations. From baby boomers to generation X to millennials, and generation z, the current office is a vast array of experience and knowledge. But as managers, how do we lead a staff that spans various generations? Join us as we discuss the key characteristics of each generation, the differences, how each generation works, and how to lead a team to be successful.
