Presentation Description: The panel will discuss how ISSS offices can use technology to provide better student and scholar experiences while significantly reducing their workload. Panelists will discuss how technology has shifted the way they engage with stakeholders during pre-arrival, orientation, OPT, training department staff, and ongoing community engagement.

  • Understand key principles of effective engagement regardless of the specific platforms your institution uses.
  • Assess the resources your office provides and if they are achieving the desired results. Learn how to create integrated online resources for pre-arrival, orientation, on ongoing engagement.
